This blog replaces the one on BBC Islandblogging known as mountainman. Like IB, it contains pictures and tales of exploring the hills and coasts of Mull and Iona (and occasionally furthe afield). A lot of the material is aimed at my geology classes which will be running until February 2009.

After that date, I hope to have some new projects for you. Watch this space.
